A：盲盒拆封不退換，請見諒。我們提供以下方法：

· 偏小：潤滑法（護手霜/肥皂水）、保鮮膜法
· 偏大：手腕繞細線、內側貼矽膠墊片
· 若偏差1–2mm，先試潤滑；貴重玉石千萬別硬戴，以免受傷或碎裂。

❓ FAQ

Q: Are the two bangles in a Double Box the same size?
A: Yes – same circumference, completely different stones.

Q: Can I choose the stone?
A: Blind box is random, but wishes are welcomed – we’ll try our best.

Q: What if the size doesn’t fit?
A: No returns/exchanges for size (sorry!). Here are gentle fixes:

· Too small: lubrication (hand cream/soap), cling wrap
· Too large: wrap thread on wrist, silicone pads inside
· If 1–2mm off, try lubrication first. Never force a precious stone bangle – risk of injury or breakage.

Please measure your hand carefully before ordering.

Q: Can men wear these?
A: Yes – our size ranges are designed for all genders.
