📦 Products & Availability / 產品與庫存

One-of-a-kind items / 獨一無二商品：
Most of our pieces are unique. Once sold, they're gone forever. No restocks, no remakes.
我們大部分作品都是獨一無二的。售完即止，不復刻、不重做。

Natural characteristics / 天然特徵：
Crystals are natural materials. They may have inclusions, cracks, color variations, or other features. These aren't flaws—they're proof of authenticity.
水晶是天然物料，可能有內含物、裂紋、色差等。這些不是瑕疵，而是天然的證明。

Pricing / 價格：
All prices are in HKD. We may change prices anytime, but it won't affect confirmed orders.
所有價格以港幣顯示。我們可隨時調整價格，但不影響已確認的訂單。

🛒 Orders & Payment / 訂單與付款

Order confirmation / 訂單確認：
Order confirmation email means we received your order. Final acceptance happens when your order ships.
收到訂單確認電郵只表示我們收到訂單。出貨時才正式確認接受訂單。

Payment / 付款：
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Pay. All payments are secure. We never store your card details.
我們接受主要信用卡、PayPal 和 Shopify Pay。所有付款均安全處理，我們不會儲存你的卡號。

Cancellations / 取消訂單：
Need to cancel? Email us ASAP. Once shipped, we can't make changes.
