7-11 and Circle K aren't owned by SF Express—they're partners. Each store has a limit on how many parcels they can hold. If a store hits its limit, your parcel might wait longer, or SF might call you to ask if you want to switch to another pickup point.</p>
<p><strong>Heads up about lockers:</strong><br>
Lockers have size limits and sometimes have waiting lists. If your parcel is bulky, door-to-door might be faster.</p>
