🟢 About Our Products
Q: Are your pieces really one-of-a-kind?
A: Yep! Most of our designs are singular creations. Once they're sold, we don't remake them. So if you see something you love—don't wait too long. (Seriously, we've seen people hesitate and miss out!)
Q: How often do you release new pieces?
A: We drop new designs regularly, but there's no fixed schedule. We make what feels right, when it feels right. Follow us on Instagram @Crystal.EAA to see new arrivals first.
Q: Can you hold an item for me?
A: We totally get wanting to think it over. But because most pieces are one-of-a-kind, we can't hold items—it's first come, first served. If you're unsure, reach out and we can help you decide!

Q: How do I know which crystal is right for me?
A: The honest answer? The one you're drawn to. Trust your gut. If a crystal catches your eye, there's probably a reason. But if you want guidance based on chakras or elements, just ask—we're happy to help!
Q: What are the Seven Chakras?
A: Great question! Chakras are energy centers in your body. Different crystals are associated with different chakras. Quick cheat sheet:
- Root Chakra (red): Garnet, Red Jasper
- Sacral Chakra (orange): Carnelian, Orange Calcite
- Solar Plexus (yellow): Citrine, Yellow Jade
- Heart Chakra (green/pink): Rose Quartz, Green Aventurine
- Throat Chakra (blue): Lapis Lazuli, Sodalite
- Third Eye (indigo): Amethyst, Labradorite

Q: Do crystals really work?
A: We believe they do—when you connect with them. Think of them as tools for intention, reminders of what matters to you. The energy you bring is just as important as the crystal itself. And if you're lucky, you might see rainbows appear in your crystal over time. That's a beautiful sign of connection.
📏 Sizing
Q: How do I measure my wrist for a bracelet?
A: Super easy:
- Use a soft measuring tape or a piece of string
- Wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone
- Snug but not tight
- If using string, mark and measure with a ruler
Q: Can you resize a bracelet if it doesn't fit?
A: Sometimes yes! It depends on the design. If it's adjustable or can be restrung, we might be able to help. Email us within 7 days and we'll see what we can do. (Custom pieces are made to your exact measurements and can't be resized.)
📦 Orders
Q: How long until my order ships?
A: Ready-made pieces ship within 1-5 business days. Custom pieces take a bit longer—up to 14 business days. We handmake everything, so thanks for being patient with us!
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order hasn't shipped yet, maybe! Email us ASAP and we'll try to help. Once it's shipped, we can't make changes.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shopify Pay. All payments are secure and processed through Shopify.
🚚 Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Check our Shipping Policy page for detailed estimates. Generally:
- Hong Kong: 1-3 days
- Macau: 2-5 days
- Taiwan: 3-10 days
- US/Canada/UK/Australia: 7-14 days
Q: How much is shipping?
A: It depends on where you are! We have a detailed breakdown on our Shipping Policy page. But quick highlights:
- Hong Kong: HKD $45 (free over HKD $800)
- US: USD $55 (free over USD $200)
- UK: £15 (free over £120)
Q: Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
A: If you're outside Hong Kong, maybe. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are charged by your country and are your responsibility. We can't control or predict them. Check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return my piece if I don't like it?
A: Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully—and if you're unsure, reach out before ordering!
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or you sent the wrong thing?
A: So sorry! Contact us within 3 days with photos and your order number. We'll arrange an exchange within 7 days. Check our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If it's our mistake (damaged or wrong item), we cover the return cost—but you pay for reshipping. For anything else, shipping both ways is on you.

問：我怎麼知道哪顆水晶適合我？
答：老實說？你第一眼看中的那顆。相信你的直覺。如果某顆水晶吸引你的目光，總有原因。但如果你想根據七輪或五行來選擇，也歡迎問我們——很樂意幫忙！
問：七輪是什麼？
答：好問題！七輪是人體的能量中心。不同水晶對應不同的輪位。快速參考：
- 海底輪（紅色）： 石榴石、紅瑪瑙
- 臍輪（橙色）： 紅玉髓、橙方解石
- 太陽神經叢（黃色）： 黃水晶、黃玉
- 心輪（綠色/粉色）： 粉晶、綠東陵

📏 尺寸
問：怎麼量手圍？
答：超簡單：
- 用軟尺或一條繩子
- 繞在手腕上，剛好在手腕骨下方
- 貼合但不要太緊
- 如果用繩子，做記號後用尺量
📦 訂單
問：下單後多久會寄出？
答：現貨商品 1-5 個工作天內寄出。客製商品需要多一點時間——最長 14 個工作天。我們手工製作每一件，謝謝你的耐心！

問：運送要多久？
