How to Measure Your Wrist / 手圍測量方法

1. Soft tape method / 軟尺法： Wrap a soft tape around your wrist just below the wrist bone. Read where the start meets the end. / 軟尺繞手腕一圈（手腕骨下方），讀取交會處數字。
2. String method / 繩子法： Use a string, mark where it overlaps, then measure flat with a ruler. / 繩子繞手腕一圈，交疊處做記號，攤開用尺量。
3. Paper method / 紙條法： Cut a thin paper strip, wrap around wrist, mark overlap, measure with ruler. / 裁切紙條，繞手腕一圈，交疊處做記號，攤開用尺量。

Add for comfort / 加長建議： Add 1-1.5cm to your wrist measurement for a comfortable fit. / 實際手圍 + 1至1.5公分 = 手鏈尺寸。

📿 Bangle 手鐲（一體成型）

How to Measure for Bangle / 手鐲測量方法

1. Ruler method / 直尺法： Measure the widest part of your palm (excluding thumb), with thumb pressed against little finger. / 測量手掌最寬處（不含大拇指，大拇指緊貼小指根部）。
2. Tape method / 皮尺法： Measure the circumference around the widest part of your palm (knuckles below thumb). / 測量手掌最寬處周長（虎口下方關節）。

Tip / 小提醒： When in doubt, choose the larger size. Add 1-2mm for large knuckles. / 選大不選小，骨節粗大加1-2mm。
