Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we generally don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. But if something went wrong on our end—we'll make it right.
🔴 Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If your piece arrives damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Email crystal.eaa_info@yahoo.com or DM us on Instagram @Crystal.EAA
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We'll arrange an exchange within 7 days.
Please note: We offer exchanges only, not refunds. If the exact piece is no longer available, we'll work with you to find a replacement you love.
📦 What to Send Back
If we confirm an exchange, please return:
- The item itself
- Original packaging (inner and outer)
- All accessories and gifts included
Everything must be complete, undamaged, and unused. If anything's missing or shows signs of wear, we can't accept the exchange.
📮 Who Pays for Shipping?
For damaged or incorrect items caused by us:
- We'll cover the return shipping cost
- But you'll need to cover the cost of reshipping the new item to you
For any other reason (like size issues):
- Shipping costs both ways are on you
- The package is your responsibility until it reaches us—please pack it well!
⏱️ Timeline Reminder
- 3 days to report issues after delivery
- 7 days for us to process your exchange after receiving the returned item
Requests after 3 days? We really wish we could help, but we can't accept them. Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

- 商品本體
- 原始包裝(內外包裝)
- 所有配件和贈品
以上物品必須完整、無損壞、未使用。如果有缺漏或使用痕跡,我們無法接受換貨。
📮 運費誰付?
如果是我們造成的破損或錯配:
- 我們會負擔退回的運費
- 但重新寄出的運費需由你支付
其他情況(例如尺寸不合):
- 來回運費都由你負擔
- 包裹在寄回給我們的途中,責任在你身上——請務必妥善包裝!
