<p>Because each piece is <strong>handmade and one-of-a-kind</strong>, we generally don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.</p>

<h2>🔴 Damaged or Incorrect Item?</h2>

<p>If your piece arrives damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item:</p>

<p>We'll arrange an exchange within 7 days.</p>

<p><strong>Please note:</strong> We offer exchanges only, not refunds. If the exact piece is no longer available, we'll work with you to find a replacement you love.</p>

<h2>📦 What to Send Back</h2>

<p>If we confirm an exchange, please return:</p>

  <li>All accessories and gifts included</li>

<p>Everything must be <strong>complete, undamaged, and unused</strong>. If anything's missing or shows signs of wear, we can't accept the exchange.</p>

<h2>📮 Who Pays for Shipping?</h2>

<p><strong>For damaged or incorrect items caused by us:</strong></p>

  <li>But you'll need to <strong>cover the cost of reshipping</strong> the new item to you</li>

<p><strong>For any other reason (like size issues):</strong></p>

  <li>The package is your responsibility until it reaches us—please pack it well!</li>
